Each item is subject to delivery delays which differ depending on the carrier. Parcels are always sent with a tracking number, which will be communicated to you once the order has been sent and you can follow the progress of the package. We work primarily with La Poste and Colissimo or Chronopost for national and international shipments. We also have to work with Fedex, UPS, GLS, ... For a shipment with a carrier other than La Poste, please inform us by email at romain.thevenin@gmail.com
